The TNPSC authorities conduct District Education Officer exams to choose candidates for the role of District Education Officer.
I. Steps/Stages in the Selection Process:
Authorities conduct the District Education Officer exams in three phases.
Preliminary exam: in which the candidate has to score (90/300) marks for the Reserved category and (120/300) marks for the General category.
Note: the candidate who will clear the prelims exams is only called for the Mains exam.
Mains exam: The Mains exam is of 4 papers in which the candidate has to score
In Paper I to get qualified (40/100) marks
